Our new Lodge Chief, Joseph Aste of Lowell and Troop 80 Dracut, delivered an inspiring speech during which he announced “Reach A Hand To Those Who Need Us” as his theme for the year calling our attention to one of the points of the Scout Oath, namely to Help Other People at All Times, and a renewed call to Cheerful Service. Joe outlined his priority goals for the year being new member engagement, increased council and community service and bringing the largest yet delegation to NOAC ’24 in Colorado.
Pennacook’s Vice Chief Adam Yalcin is from Troop 56 Wilmington, Treasurer Lucas Crispo Troop 502 Woburn and Secretary Bogi Kiss Troop 306 Arlington. All officers are Life Scouts working toward Eagle.
