“Elangomat” translates to “friend” as they are generally is the first Arrowman a candidate becomes close to in the OA. The role of the Elangomat is undoubtedly, the most important role during the Ordeal induction. They have the unique task of inspiring the candidate to live a life of cheerful service.
The Elangomat has the opportunity to make a positive life-lasting impact on the candidate – to fan the flame for the next generation of leaders in our Order.
