The Inductions Block is tasked with managing the processes associated with the Order of the Arrow Induction sequence; everything from the Unit Election through Brotherhood conversion. Inductions is the heart of the lodge and is a critical aspect to its success; simply put; without it, there would be no members. A well run inductions process truly defines a well run lodge.
