
The National Order of the Arrow Conference is only 9 months away! This summer, from July 25 to August 6*, 2022, Pennacook Lodge will venture to the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. We will be joining hundreds of lodges from all over the country for fellowship, fun activities, evening theme shows, ceremonies evaluations, trainings, and much more! The cost of the trip includes the conference fee (fees for training, food, and lodging while at the conference), transportation, food and lodging for the trip to and from Tennessee, fees, and admission for several planned side stops on the return trip, and lodge logo clothing and other items. The Lodge contingent is limited to 36 youth (under age 21 at the time of the conference) and 6 adults (total of 42 participants). Adult participants MUST obtain the approval of the Lodge adviser before registering.
Important Disclaimers (COVID-19 & Refunds)
National Order of the Arrow, BSA officials have provided guidance to Scout Executives and Lodge Advisers that at this time NOAC 2022 is proceeding as planned and that Lodges should continue to prepare for a spirited, active, and full conference. Any decision to cancel all or part of NOAC 2022 will be made in a timely manner following the guidance of federal, the State of Tennesse, and the University of Tennessee officials. If NOAC 2022 gets canceled, all attendees will be refunded 100% of the $625 event registration fee. If the event is held and an individual withdraws voluntarily from attending, standard refund policies apply. The total cost of the trip ($1,850) will be refunded by the Spirit of Adventure Council as much as possible. Any funds expended in advance of the trip, depending on the circumstance, may or may not be able to be returned. The Spirit of Adventure Council will do its best to refund as much as possible. Any scholarship assistance provided by The Key Foundation or other donors will be returned to them, not the participant who was awarded.
