Starting in 2027, the Lodge will transition from the current Ordeal process to the New Member Induction Experience for all new members. This weekend is an opportunity for CURRENT Lodge members to experience, participate in, and gain an understanding of the new Induction Experience and receive training to lead it. THIS IS NOT AN INDUCTION FOR ELECTED CANDIDATES.

A completed Heath and Medical Record (Parts A&B only) is required for all participants. If you need one, you can download a copy of the form at Health and Medical Record. Please bring your completed form to the event and turn in at check-in.
All participants for this weekend are expected to be active participants, either as model candidates or event staff. Passive observers are not allowed per OA National induction policies. Available positions include Luminary (training required), cerrmonies (training required – youth members under 21 only). event logistics and support, or kitchen staff.
If you wish to volunteer to serve on staff, you may indicate your desired staff role(s) on your registration. An officer or adviser will contact you to discuss a role. If you do not request a role you will be assigned to a crew as a model candidate.
