On Friday, July 18, Pennacook Lodge will be holding the annual New Officer Installation Ceremony at New England Base Camp. We will celebrate the next officer team beginning their term of office for the 2025 – 2026 program year.
• 6:00pm – Event Start, Registration on Hayden deck,
• 6:15pm – Cookout served in Hayden and/or under the pavilion,
• 7:00pm – New Officer Inauguration in amphitheater,
• 8:00pm – Brotherhood Hike begins, followed by Brotherhood Ceremony in OA ceremony ring, (open to Brotherhood candidates and Brotherhood and Vigil members only)
• 9:30pm – Event wrap up
There is no charge for the barbeque or Installation of Officers, but for planning purposes pre-registration is requested. All former Lodge Chiefs from any Lodge are invited to attend and participate in the installation of the new Chief.
Brotherhood Opportunity
Along with the Officer Installation, eligible Ordeal Members will have an opportunity for Brotherhood Induction. In order to be eligible for Brotherhood, you need to be a dues paid Member of the Lodge and been active in the lodge for at least 6 months after the date of your Ordeal. (If you are unsure of your dues status, please contact the Lodge Secretary secretary@OAPennacook.org). The Brotherhood Induction fee of $ 25 is only to cover the cost of your new Brotherhood sash.
