At our Annual Business Meeting we will be hearing Officer Reports, reviewing the recent updates to the bylaws, planning next year, and conducting the Annual Lodge Officer Elections for the 2024-2025 Lodge year! Only youth members (under age 21) who are dues paid for the 2024 calendar year are eligible to vote. The Lodge Trading Post will be open with awesome Pennacook merch for sale.

• Trading Post opens, 7:00pm
• Annual Meeting begins, 7:30pm
Officer positions that are available for election are Lodge Chief, Vice Chief, Secretary, Treasurer, and Chief Excitement Officer. The responsibilities for each of these positions are available by reading the Lodge ByLaws posted on the Lodge Website. All active, registered youth members (under 21 as of June 30, 2025) are eligible to seek an officer position.
