Join your brothers of Pennacook lodge for a BBQ and our Annual Business Meeting.
The BBQ is FREE for any current Ordeal level members who were inducted in either 2024 or 2025. Also, see below for a special meeting of the Sisterhood of the Brotherhoodimmeadiately prior to this event.
At our Annual Business Meeting we will be hearing Officer Reports, reviewing plans for the upcoming program year, and conducting the Annual Lodge Officer Elections for the 2025-2026 Lodge year! Only youth members (under age 21) who are dues paid for the 2025 calendar year are eligible to vote. The Lodge Trading Post will be open with awesome Pennacook merchandise for sale.
Officer positions that will be elected are; Lodge Chief, Vice Chief, Secretary, Treasurer, and Chief Excitement Officer. The responsibilities for each of these positions are available by reading the Lodge Bylaws posted on the Lodge Website. All active, registered youth members (under 21 as of June 30, 2026) are eligible to seek an officer position. Any interested Arrowmember must contact the Lodge Adviser, Tom Markham, to express their interest and to discuss the position. Tom may be reached by emailing adviser@oapennacook.org.
