There will be an opportunity for eligible Ordeal Members to seal their membership in the Order of the Arrow Saturday night, December 14, during the Lodge Leadership Development Weekend.
After 6 months of service as an Ordeal member and fulfilling other requirements showing dedication to the Lodge, an Arrowman may seal their membership to the order and take the next step in their career as an Arrowman. Completion of this honor signifies full membership in the Order of the Arrow. More information on the requirements and significance of Brotherhood can be found here.

Members who are unable to attend the full weekend but still would like to seal their membership should plan to arrive for 6:00 PM Saturday night.
