Reception and fellowship start at 3:00 PM, Trading Post opens, followed by the show at 4:00 PM, then dinner at 5:00 PM, and finally the awards ceremony and special presentations.
Banquet Pricing
Banquet Registration:
- $65 per person until 12/31/2025,
- $70 per person 1/1/26 through 1/10/26.
- $75 per person after 1/10 or at the door
Newly inducted members in 2025 (VIA – Very Important Arrowmembers)
- $60 per person until 12/31/25
Reserve a Table
- $480 for table of 8 guests until 12/31/25 (savings of $5 per person)
Pennacook Pass
An annual pass (Pennacook Pass) is available for $200. The annual pass for members, includes;
- 2026 Lodge Dues and pre-opaid registrations for the following Lodge events for 2026:
- Lodge Banquet,
- Spring fellowship/training weekend,
- 3 ordeal induction weekends,
- 5 Brotherhood inductions,
- Lodge Annual Meeting,
- Installation of Officers,
- Arrow of Light weekend,
- Haunted Base Camp,
- Lodge Leadership Development weekend.
Members may also pay their 2026 annual dues of $25.
For members who have already purchased a Pennacook Pass for 2026, registering here is not necessary. Please email secretary@oapennacpook.org to be added to the event registration list.
