OfficersThe Pennacook Lodge Officer Team is comprised of the Lodge Chief, Vice-Chief, Secretary, and Treasurer. Under the guidance of the Lodge Adviser, they are responsible for the leadership, management, and oversight of all lodge operations and programs. They serve as the highest elected youth in the Spirit of Adventure Council and act as ambassadors for the lodge
Unit ElectionsThe Unit Election Team is headed by Pennacook Lodge’s Vice Chief and the District Captains. Members of the Unit Election Team have the opportunity to meet youth from all over the Spirit of Adventure Council and execute elections that are ultimately welcoming the future lodge leaders that are responsible for the future of Pennacook Lodge
AdministrationThe Pennacook Lodge Administration Team is headed by the Lodge Secretary. The Administration team is responsible for managing lodge records and communicating upcoming lodge events to all members.
FinanceThe Pennacook Lodge Finance Team is headed by the Lodge Treasurer. The Finance Team is responsible for ensuring all spending is done in accordance with the annual lodge budget, maintaining and tracking all financial records, and operating the lodge trading post with Pennacook Lodge merchandise at all lodge-wide events

Program BlockThe Program Block is in charge of the internal program of the lodge and fulfilling the “Brotherhood” pillar of the Order of the Arrow. This involves the planning and execution of the lodge fellowship weekend; coordinating the lodge’s contingent for all national, regional, and section events; and ensuring Arrowmen are fed well under the leadership of the Culinary Committee at all lodge events.
Inductions BlockThe Inductions Block is tasked with managing the processes associated with the Order of the Arrow Induction sequence; everything from the Unit Election through Brotherhood conversion. Inductions is the heart of the lodge and is a critical aspect of its success; simply put; without it, there would be no members. A well-run inductions process truly defines a well-run lodge. This block ensures that all inductions are run in accordance with the Order of the Arrow’s Guide to Inductions.
Service BlockThe Service Block’s Role is to fulfill the “Cheerful Service” pillar of the Order of the Arrow. Through this portion of our organization’s purpose, we hope to show that we are the humble servants, for a true leader is one who inspires others to serve. This block includes the construction and planning of the Legacy Projects and assisting in carrying out service projects to benefit our camps.
Native American Affairs BlockThe Native American Affairs Block is in charge of implenting a Native American
Program that educates all Arrow-Members about Native American history and culture appropriately and accurately. In order to perform this role effectively, this block includes the Musicians Committee, Ceremonies Committee, and the Native American Culture and Regalia Committee.
